Product Statistics
Detailed statistics on how users interact with products in the search widget.
Where to find it?
Analytics → By Products
Filters
Period — choose a date range for analysis.
Summary metrics
Number of impressions — how many times products were shown in search results.
Number of clicks — how many times users clicked a product in the widget.
Average CTR — the percentage of clicks relative to impressions. Shows how appealing the search results are to users.
Add-to-cart count — how many times a product was added to the cart directly from the widget. (this metric is shown only if your widget has an add-to-cart feature)
Product table
A list of products sorted by number of impressions. Each product shows:
- Product name and photo
- Number of impressions
- Number of clicks
- Add-to-cart count
- Average CTR
- URL — a link to the product page on your site
How to read the data?
High CTR (10%+) — the product is popular, users click on it readily.
Low CTR with a high number of impressions — the product appears often in results but isn't appealing. Worth checking the photo, name, or price.
Many impressions, zero clicks — the product might be showing up for irrelevant queries. Check the synonyms and keywords.
Compare the number of impressions with the number of clicks — this helps find products worth improving to increase conversion.
