Widget Appearance

Configure colors, backgrounds, borders, and hover states of the search widget. Changes are shown in real time.

Where to configure it?​

Search Settings → Widget & Appearance

What can you change?​

Colors​

Widget background
The overall background color of the search widget

Text color
Color of titles, descriptions, and product prices

Accent elements
Colors of buttons and icons

Borders
Color of borders around widget elements and products

Hover states​

Border color on hover
When you hover over a product — the border color around it changes

Button color on hover
Button color change on hover

Price display​

Position of the old and new price
You can swap the position of the old (struck-through) and new price on the product card

Labels (badges on products)​

Configure labels like "Sale," "New," "Best Seller," etc.:

Placement: where to show the label on the product card
Shape: rectangle, rounded corners, badge
Count: how many labels to show on one product

Ready-made presets​

There's a set of ready-made color schemes — you can pick one or create your own.

Custom presets: Create your own preset and switch between them for sales, seasonal changes, or A/B testing.

Example use:

  • "Standard" preset — for regular days
  • "Black Friday" preset — dark theme for sales
  • "New Year" preset — festive colors

Real-time preview​

All changes appear immediately in the preview — see what the widget will look like before saving.

Mobile version​

Settings are automatically applied to the mobile version. There are no separate mobile-only settings yet.

What's planned​

In future updates we'll add:

  • Font settings (family, size)
  • Widget size changes (width, height)
  • CSS customization for advanced users

Need a unique design?​

If the standard settings aren't enough, there are two options:

Option 1: Build it via the API​

Your developers can build a custom widget using our open API.

If you finish sooner, the unused days aren't lost — they remain available for testing.

Option 2: Custom widget from Spefix​

Our development team will build a unique widget matching your design.

Terms:

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days (depending on complexity)
  • Cost: By agreement (depends on the design)
  • Trial period: Doesn't count against the time our team spends developing it

✅ Test: Create a few presets and compare conversion
✅ Mobile: Check how it looks on a phone after making changes
