Feed Errors Overview
While processing a feed, the system checks every product for data correctness. Issues found are split into two types: critical errors and warnings.
Critical errors
The product doesn't appear in the widget until the error is fixed.
| Error | Description |
|---|---|
| Missing URL | The product has no URL |
| Missing or nonexistent category | The category isn't specified or doesn't exist |
Warnings
The product appears in the widget, but it's recommended to fix these for better results.
| Warning | Description |
|---|---|
| Missing price | "Price on request" is shown instead of a price |
| Missing SKU | The product has no SKU |
Critical errors
Products with critical errors are completely excluded from search. If you notice certain products aren't showing up in the widget — check for critical errors in the feed.
Warnings
Warnings don't block a product from displaying, but they can affect search quality and user experience.
Where to view the errors?
Search Settings → Integration
Open your feed — each product with issues will have a corresponding marker next to it.
