Search Widget Not Showing

If the search widget doesn't appear on your site or isn't working correctly — go through the checklist below.

Checklist

1. Check in an incognito tab

Open the site in incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N / Cmd+Shift+N). The browser cache may be blocking new changes from showing.

2. Check whether the script is installed

Make sure the widget code is placed on the site right before the closing </body> tag.

Copy the code from your own dashboard — a unique token is generated for each site.

3. Check the selectors

If the script is installed but the widget doesn't open when clicking the search button — check whether the selectors in your dashboard are set up correctly.

Search Settings → Installation → List of selectors

4. Check the feed status

If the widget opens but finds nothing — check the feed's status.

Search Settings → Integration

  • Processing — the feed is still uploading, wait
  • Error — contact support

5. Check your current plan

If search used to work fine but now finds few products — check whether your subscription is active.

Once a paid plan ends, search automatically switches to the free plan with a limit on the number of products.
